When you enquire, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, connection to the property, property address, type of work, preferred timing and any requested date, job description, contact preference and consent.
Why we collect it
We use these details to understand the work, respond to you, prepare a quote and coordinate works if you proceed. Relevant property and contact details may be shared with contractors where needed to quote or coordinate the work. We do not sell your information.
How information is held
Enquiries are stored in Netlify Forms. Netlify also sends notifications to our configured email account and uses Akismet to filter spam. The website uses HTTPS, and stored submissions are accessed through a signed-in Netlify account. Email copies are held in the receiving email account.
Netlify and its service providers may process enquiry information outside Australia. Their data processing information explains their handling of customer data. Fonts are supplied by Fontshare; loading them shares connection information with the font provider.
Access, correction and deletion
Email admin@projectworksco.com to request access to your information, correct it or ask for deletion. Tell us enough to identify your enquiry and the information you want to access or change. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information.
Privacy complaints
If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, email us with the details of your concern. We will review it and respond. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for information about privacy complaints and whether it can consider your concern.
Your browser
Your sound preference is saved in your browser. A short-lived confirmation marker lets the website recognise a completed submission; it contains no enquiry details.
